Payment

We accept many forms of payment including Visa, American Express, Mastercard & Amazon Pay. Our payments are securely proccessed by Square or Amazon (however you choose) and are fully encrypted. Our site is also has SSL security certificate, as shown in the address bar with the padlock, which shows you are totally safe shopping on our site.

Yes of course you can and it can be arranged by contacting us at [email protected]. Just let us know what you wish to purchase and when you would like to collect and we will mark those products on hold until that date. You mustn’t go through the checkout procedure as it will request payment via electronic means

Yes we do.

Just click on to the item you would like and select the green “Make Offer” button. A pop up form will appear for you to leave your details, don’t forget your email address as we need it to reply.

Hopefully, we will come to a suitable agreement and have a little fun at the same time.

Shipping

Shipping costs differ from country to country. You can see a full list of our charges here. You can also see a full list of all the countries we deliver to.

Yes we do ship worldwide and post and packing charges will depend on the weight, dimensions and value of the parcel.

Where ever possible we will pack all your items within the one parcel.

For many years we have set the standard in packaging collectible toys and many of our competitors now adopt our methods. As collectors, we know how important it is to receive your item in top condition and use every method possible to ensure a safe delivery.

Returns

Yes and you can return an item for any reason or none. We offer a no quibble returns for any item purchased from our store as long as that item remains in the condition in which it was sold. Our full returns policy can be found here

Any sealed vintage, Out of Production (OOP) or used for display collectible item is sold as a Non-Functioning factory sealed collectors item and if that seal is broken it is ineligable for return. Sorry

Just like purchasing from a shop, all returns are at your expense and are your resposibility.

Products

This is a great question and one we get asked hundreds of times. The answer is, trust. Trust that we know what we are doing, trust in our integrity and trust that we never, knowingly, set out to mislead anyone.

We never sell reproduction items, such as repro weapons for Star Wars toys for example. We may occasionally sell collections of repainted or restored items, but they will ALWAYS be described as such

MIB means “Mint in Box” and is a commonly used descriptive of many of the items we sell. Mint is the highest grade a toy can receive and is accepted worldwide as a description of its condition.

We travel up and down the country finding collections just for you. We get them from collectors, auctions, charity shops and other places.

The vast majority come from peoples lofts which have been left for years and years which always need cleaning and the spiders evicting.

Your points are safely stored in your account, waiting for you to use them. If you didn’t log in to your account at the time of your purchase, I’m afraid those points cannot be added retrospectively, you must be logged in to your account or make an account at the time of purchase.

At the moment, no you cannot purchase points for future use.

Do keep in touch as this has been a much requested option that we are looking at the possibility of purchasing points in the near future and either gifting them to someone else or just keeping them for yourself.
