Returns & Refund Policy

We have a no quibble returns & refund policy for all our products.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we try to describe everything accurately, but we are only human and realise that sometimes we can make mistakes.

Returns are accepted for any reason on any item. You have 14 days to cancel starting from the day after you receive your item. A refund, replacement or exchange will be offered on return of the item. Please follow these simple steps to speed up the return;

  • You must contact us within 14 days to advise that you intend to return the item.
  • You must inform us of the reason for the return
  • The item in question must be returned at your cost

We would recommend to return the item(s) via a tracked service

Once the item is returned to us undamaged then a full refund will be issued.

 

Before returning products damaged during transit, photographic evidence maybe required including any damage to the packaging, this is now a requirement for every major Parcel delivery company in the UK. It's also good practice as the parcel company may compensate us for the damage meaning you may be able to keep the item as well as a full refund.
